Regenerative Solutions For Ourselves, Our Communities & Our Planet

Welcome to my website, the hub for my permaculture educator work.

I love using creativity to help make permaculture design as accessible as possible for anyone who wants to learn more. I use permaculture principles, ethics and tools in designing healing and regeneration in subject areas that push the edges of where permaculture design is typically located. I'm passionate about empowering others to also make positive changes in their lives by using permaculture in everyday situations.

My main current permaculture design interests are: -

  • Edible Gardening
  • Urban wildlife habitat
  • Accessing  permaculture for people with disabilities and/or chronic illness
  • Health and wellbeing
  • Death, dying and bereavement
  • Creativity
  • Planning and time management
  • Supporting others
  • Earth Based Spirituality

New Zines, Cards & Prints In My Shop

New in my shop is ‘Climate Grief to Climate Action’ - This zine is about climate grief and how permaculture design can help you to create a personalised plan for climate actions as a solutions focused response. My recent illustration ‘Summer Butterfly’ is now available as an A4 print and A6 card. Go to my shop for more info.

Everyday Permaculture Workshops In Saltaire, Bradford

I’m really pleased to be launching ‘Everyday Permaculture’ a series of monthly 2 hour workshops starting next month and running throughout the rest of 2023. The workshops will be held at my lovely neighbours, Salts Works in central Saltaire and will be about a diverse range of  ‘everyday’ topics - from Edible Gardening, to being a Carer for others. For more information and booking links click here.

Community Growing

In a totally unplanned way, this year I’ve joined the volunteer planning team for Shipley Town Council’s Shipley in Bloom project. Its been great to get involved with the creation of two new gardens in public spaces in the run up to the Yorkshire In Bloom judging, which happened a couple of weeks ago. I’m now looking forward to being part of the long term plans for growing spaces in Shipley which includes a lot of regenerative visioning and doing for both communities and environment.   Click here for more.
