Social Media - Facebook and Twitter, plus many more - can be a really useful free way to promote your project and market any products you sell.

However, many people with amazing permaculture projects find that they haven't got the time capacity or perhaps enough regular internet access to learn how to use social media to positively and effectively enhance their work.

Social media and me

I started using Facebook and Twitter extensively during my Diploma in Applied Permaculture Design, and it became a central system for networking, learning and support, as well as for sharing my work. I developed an understanding of specific issues that maximise the connections made on social media and their responsiveness.

I am a regular presence on permaculture-related social media sites based both in UK and further afield.

I have created several websites using Weebly and am a frequent contributor to numerous blogs.
